*2005-2006 Mustang GT's will require a coolant upgrade kit because of the Ford coolant crossover re-design that occured for 2007. 2009 Mustang GT's will require a hardware installation kit because of the difference in hardware and gaskets for the 2009 re-design.

Tillman Speed is proud to announce their Stage 1 Edelbrock E-Force supercharger option. This is available to those looking for power between 460-480 Rear Wheel Horsepower at 7-9.5 PSI for less stress on the drivetrain than competing supercharger systems. We have included the neccessary fuel requirements for the additional boost and horsepower levels in this kit, which include Ford Racing's GT500 Twin In-Tank fuel pump assembly, as well as a set of Bosch 41# fuel injectors. You'll receive a pulley for 7-9.5 PSI, and a Tillman Speed Exclusive SCT X3 Powerflash handheld programmer loaded with custom programming to incorporate your new blower! These tunes have been developed and tested in-house on our Dynojet 224xLC utilizing Livelink and Dynojet data acquisition and programming via SCT Advantage III custom tuning software. This system includes literally EVERYTHING you need to bolt on over 460-480 REAR WHEEL HORSEPOWER! Description:

The core of the system is the all new Eaton Gen VI 2300 TVS Supercharger rotating assembly. Eaton's assembly features a four lobe design with 160 degrees of twist for maximum flow, minimum temperature rise and quiet operation for excellent drivability. The supercharger assembly has been integrated into the intake manifold for a seamless design with minimal components, eliminating the possibility of vacuum leaks between a gasket surface. Edelbrock's unique inverted supercharger assembly is placed low in the valley, allowing for an incredible industry leading 15" of intake runner length for maximizing low end torque. An integrated bypass valve helps eliminate parasitic loss under light throttle for improved mileage potential.

The system breathes through a specially engineered 85mm electronic throttle body matched with the most unique and efficient inlet configuration on the market. This combination results in a shorter, less restrictive intake path for improved air flow, without the need for a jack-shaft. Keeping the air cool is a 110 square inch, high capacity, air to water intercooler and dual core, low temp, heat exchanger. This intercooler is the largest available on the market today.

Finally... the Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger system is not just a performance upgrade, it also has great looks! The supercharger assembly and matching coil covers are uniquely styled to give your engine compartment a custom look. All of these components have been black powdered coated for durability with highlighted fins and Edelbrock logo for a timeless look.

Additional Notes:

The new Edelbrock 85mm Electronic Throttle Body is the ultimate addition to complete the highest flowing supercharger kit on the market! It's actually quite a bit larger than some of its' close competitors! To compare:

Stock twin 55mm bore with 10mm shaft = 5.66 sq. in. total area
GT500 twin 62mm bore with 10mm shaft = 7.44 sq. in. total area
Edelbrock single 85mm bore with 8.8mm shaft = 7.64 sq. In. total area

In addition to the area being equal, a single bore will always flow better than a twin bore because there is less bounding surface area to interrupt the flow. Also, both the stock GT throttle body and the GT500 throttle body have an as cast surface leading into the bores, where the Edelbrock unit is machined through for less wall friction. Last, the inlet is port matched to the throttle body for a perfect matching transition.

We at Tillman Speed feel that the Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger System will offer many benefits over competing systems on the market. On top of lower intake air temperatures due to the largest intercooler surface area on the market and massive front inlet design of the Eaton TVS, parasytic loss is almost non-existent. This decrease in restriction and increase in flow is how Edelbrock has been able to create the same amount of horsepower as competing kits with as little as half the amount of boost. This significantly decreases stress on engine internals and in turn, increases engine longevity.

Edelbrock's Competition Air Intake (Included) will easily get you another 15 Rear Wheel Horsepower! This kit features a Mass Air Flow Sensor capable of up to 90# which equates to nearly 850RWHP! This is the last intake you'll ever have to purchase! Features also include an 8" cone style air filter that can be cleaned, oiled and reused. A large molded plastic heat shield keeps your ambient temperatures from getting into the intake path allowing for a rush of cool air into your TVS Supercharger!
