This system is designed to create between 7-10PSI (depending on other modifications) utilizing Steeda underdrive pulleys, and is at a perfectly safe level for the factory 2005-2009 short block. This system will need custom PCM calibration either by Tillman Speed or your local chassis dyno tuner. We have mail order tuning available for this setup. In-house results have shown 464RWHP and 422RWTQ SAE corrected! Boost is between 5.5-7.5PSI throughout until it rolls up to 10PSI at redline. This is a characteristic of the TVS blower and does not affect RWHP or RWTQ numbers, and is still well within safe specs of the stock bottom end.

You will need supporting fuel system modification for this vehicle. You may use the Kenne Bell Boost-A-Pump with the stock fuel system. This will lower the fuel pump duty cycle so that you may run up to about 475-480 at the rear wheels with this supercharger system before maxing out the factory fuel pump. The other option, which we reccomend, is the GT500 fuel system. This is a direct bolt-in replacement for the stock fuel system. It includes twin in-tank pumps and will support as much horsepower as this system can throw at it!

This version of the ROUSHcharger R2300 will also be sold without ECM calibration to allow custom tuners to develop their own calibration which can push the horsepower anywhere from 525 to more than 700. This is the first time that ROUSH is offering specialty tuning firms the option of using their own calibrations and being creative with their tune on a ROUSHcharger. The warranty for this ROUSHcharger is 1 year / 12,000 mile on components only.

This blower kit comes with a 2.3L TVS supercharger with black finish, upper and lower intake manifolds, an intercooler, a low temp radiator, a cold air intake system, a dual 60mm electronic throttle body, a unique fuel rail with 52 lb/hr fuel injectors.

The ROUSHcharger R2300 utilizes Eaton's new Twin Vortices Series technology. The patented design on this supercharger system features a four-lobe rotor and high-flow inlet which greatly enhances thermal efficiency, higher volume capacity, and higher operational speeds.
