A Cold Air Kit and Custom Tuner package is the
first essential vehicle modification for any 2005+ Mustang GT owner. We are able to extract between 25-35 Rear Wheel Horsepower from your vehicle as well as dramatically increase throttle response, driveability and sometimes even improve fuel mileage! Tillman Speed's custom tunes are all
developed in-house on our Dynojet 224xLC with countless hours of datalogging and monitoring thousands of parameters. Rest assured that
our throttle mapping, spark tables, fuel curves and all parameters will be perfect for your application! It's about more than just extracting the most horsepower and torque safely from your combination. We have edited hundreds of parameters for adaptive learning, torque calculations/management, drive by wire tables and shift patterns to
bring your vehicle to life at part throttle as well! Driveability is key, and we are perfectionists!
Designed for those that want the Ford Racing intake for aftermarket performance tuning/calibration, the Ford Racing Cold Air Kit utilizes production quality components which mount in the stock location. The higher flowing molded plastic bucket features a painted Ford Racing logo with unique air tube providing an
enhanced intake sound and 85mm mass air meter housing (reuse of mass air meter sensor required).
With this Bullitt Intake Assembly, you'll receive (3) Custom tunes for
any vehicle modifications that you may have done and for various fuel octanes from 87, 89, 91, 92, 93, 94 and even Race Fuels! These tunes are loaded onto an SCT X3 Powerflash Handheld Programmer and shipped directly to you. This device stores your factory tune, and is
able to be reverted back to factory at any time! You have the ability to switch back and forth between your chosen maps in less than a minute's time. It reads and clears check engine lights and trouble codes, and has the ability to datalog multiple parameters as well via Livelink software.
SCT X3 Powerflash features:
Full User adjustability so if you so choose you can adjust idle, axle gear ratio, tire revolutions per mile, rev limiter, automatic trans shift points, spark, and air fuel. Your custom tune will not require any of these changes. We install the features on the programmer as some customers like access to them. You will be able to receive updated email tunes from Tillman Speed, should you choose to add more performance modifications in the future.
Tillman Speed offers HALF PRICE TUNE UPDATES to our custom tuning customers on any parts that are purchased through our online store, or retail storefront. We keep all custom tunes on file, so that you may request an updated tune for whatever modifications you are
purchasing through us. Keep in mind, this does exclude some Supercharged, Turbocharged and Nitrous applications. We carry a wide variety of Cams, Charge Motion Plates, Headers and Exhaust, etc. that all require
proper calibration in order to achieve desired safety and performance levels.
The
Expedite My Order Option is an option that we've created for those that cannot wait our typical turnaround time. Custom tuning on intake and tune packages typically take 2-7 business days after processing to ship from our location. For those who want this item shipped
as quickly as possible, we offer the option to expedite the custom tuning process. Generally, this means that we
may even calibrate your tunes after-hours, so that it can be shipped within 1 days period.
Morning expedited orders usually ship the same business day.
